Description
A festive white chocolate fudge with red, green, and white marbled layers, topped with Christmas sprinkles, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingrédients
– 3 cups white chocolate chips
– 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
– Red and green food coloring
– 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles (optional)
– 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Préparation
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving edges to lift fudge out.
2. Melt white chocolate and condensed milk on low heat until smooth; add vanilla.
3. Divide mixture into three bowls; color one red, one green, and leave one uncolored.
4. Layer red fudge, then uncolored, then green in the pan; swirl layers with a knife.
5. Top with sprinkles if desired.
6. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm; cut into squares.
Notes
For a flavor twist, add a few drops of peppermint extract. Store fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
